I forgot my password | Lost password

To reset your password:

  1. Go to login page on Garage Website Online
  2. Click on Lost your password.
  3. Enter your username or full email address.
    Click on Reset password button.
  4. If the details you have entered were correct, you should see a confirmation screen.
  5. Check your emails’ Inbox for Password Reset request email.
    Sometimes it may end up in your SPAM/junk folder, so it’s good to check there as well.
    If the email did not arrive, please try again above steps.
  6. In your Password Reset email, click Change Your Password button.
  7. Type in your new password, and re-enter it for confirmation purposes.
    Click Save button.
  8. Your password has been reset successfully. Try to log in using your new password.

How to update my Password

    1. Sign In to your GWO account.
    2. Click Account Details button.
    3. Enter your current Garage Website password, and then enter your new password twice for confirmation purposes.

      Click Save changes button.
      Your password has been changed. Please use it to log in to your account on Garage Website Online site.

 

One-time Setup Fee

What is a One-time Setup Fee

A setup fee is the cost associated with the setting up a server for your website, purchasing a domain name and setting up your email account or add-on.

That’s a fancy way of saying it’s the administrative costs associated with activating and customizing your service. It takes a person and a time to get your website or add-on active.
This one-time setup charge helps to make that possible.

How We Charge One-time Setup Fee

The One-time Setup Fee will be listed on your order form when it comes time for payment.
Some items will also have no setup fee, while others will have a charge listed. It just depends on what you’re ordering.
The good news is you are always going to know how much you are paying. No questions asked. If there is a setup charge, you’ll clearly see it listed on the checkout form.

The payment is one-time. After you pay the one-time price on your initial purchase, you will never be charged for it for as long as you continue your subscription.

However, if at some point in time, you decide to cancel your subscription and then, later on, decide to subscribe again, we will have to charge this setup fee again.

Pro Rata Billing – First Payment

The term “prorated” or “pro-rate” stems from the Latin pro rata which roughly translates as “in proportion to” in English.

What is Pro Rata Billing

We bill products on the same day each month (or each year) and charge a prorated amount at the initial time of order.
This is called Pro Rata Billing. This is why the total amount in your first invoice is different from your renewal price.

How We Charge Invoices

We charge invoices on the first day of the month or year.
That is, renewal invoices are due on the first day of each month or first day of each year.
Your first invoice covers a few days less than your billing term to make the renewal date on the first day of the month or year.

  • You are not paying anything less or more.
    When your first invoice is less than the renewal price, the period you are paying for is a few days shorter than your billing term.
  • You are billed only for the remaining days of the current month (or year) on your first invoice.
  • Any renewal invoice will bill you for the full monthly term (e.g., 1st April to 1st May) or yearly term (1st January to 1st January).

How can I Pay for Order | Clear outstanding balance

To pay for outstanding order:

  1. Sign In to your GWO account.
  2. Click Orders button.
  3. A list of all orders will be displayed on the right-hand side.
    Locate the outstanding order, and click PAY button located to the right of the order.
  4. Proceed with the checkout.

Orders

To view your order history list:

  1. Sign In to your GWO account.
  2. Click Orders button.
  3. List of all orders will be displayed on the right-hand side.

    Note: Monthly subscriptions will generate a new order every month related to this specific subscription.

    A detailed view of each order can be accessed by clicking either the linked order number or the View button to the right of the order.
    You can download Invoices (for completed orders only) by clicking the Invoice button located to the right of the order.

Accessing your site’s dashboard when signing in

To access your site’s dashboard when signing in:

  1. Sign In to your GWO account.
  2. Hover over the site you want to access and click on its preview image.

Your website dashboard page displays helpful information regarding your site and business.
This content is dynamic and changes based on what add-ons you are using.

  1. Navigation Menu
  2. Site’s thumbnail preview, name and web address
  3. Site action buttons
  4. Email Account details

How do I redeem a promo code | Discount voucher

A coupon code is also known as a promo code, discount code, or voucher code.
Promo codes are similar to printed coupon codes to get the promotional discount on selected or entire product range to save money.

Redeem on Desktop/Laptop

  1. Select a desired service: Website | Add-On
  2. On checkout page, click on Have a promo code? Click here.
  3. Enter your coupon code, and click on Apply button.
  4. If the coupon code is valid, you should see a message “Coupon code applied successfully”,
    and a discount applied to your total price.

    Proceed with checkout.

Redeem on Mobile/Tablet

  1. Select a desired service: Website | Add-On
  2. On checkout page, tap on Show order summary.

  3. Tap on Have a promo code? Click here.
  4. Enter your coupon code, and tap Apply button.
  5. If the coupon code is valid, you should see a message “Coupon code applied successfully”,
    and a discount applied to your total price.

    Proceed with checkout.

How to update my Credit Card/Debit Card

  1. Sign In to your GWO account.
  2. Click Subscriptions button.
  3. Select the desired subscription from the list and click View button.
  4. Click on Setup Direct Debit or Change Payment button.
  5. Click on Credit/Debit Card option.
    Select the desired card, or add a new one with Use a new payment method option.
    If you want to update your Card details for all subscription, just check ‘Update the payment method used for all of my current subscriptions (optional)‘ option.
    Click Change payment method to apply changes.

How to set up a Direct Debit

  1. Sign In to your GWO account.
  2. Click Subscriptions button.
  3. Select the desired subscription from the list and click View button.
  4. Click on Setup Direct Debit or Change Payment button.
  5. Select Direct Debit option, and click Change payment method button
  6. Fill in required information, and click Set up Direct Debit

    Please verify that Direct Debit was successfully set up.
    Your subscription should have Direct Debit as a payment method.

  3. Select the desired subscription from the list and click View button.

  5. Select Direct Debit option, and click Change payment method button
  6. Fill in required information, and click Set up Direct Debit

    Please verify that Direct Debit was successfully set up.
    Your subscription should have Direct Debit as a payment method.

How to Cancel My Subscription

To access your site’s dashboard when signing in:

  1. Sign In to your GWO account.
  2. Click Subscriptions button.
  3. Select the desired subscription from the list and click View button.
  4. Click Cancel button.
  5. Your subscription will be cancelled on the last day of your pre-paid period (End date).
    You will receive a confirmation email that your subscription has been cancelled.
    We’ll no longer charge you for this subscription.

 

Note: All related services (websites, add-ons) related to this subscription will be automatically deleted on the day showed in the End date field.
If you have cancelled your subscription mistakenly, you can reactivate it before the End date – just click Reactivate button.

How to view my Subscriptions

To access your site’s dashboard when signing in:

  1. Sign In to your GWO account.
  2. Click Subscriptions button.
  3. Select the desired subscription from the list and click View button.

Here you can:

    1. Go to Website (Manage My Website) screen if it’s a website subscription.
    2. Setup Direct Debit or change Payment method for this subscription.
    3. Cancel your subscription.
    4. View related orders for this subscription.
    5. Download Invoices for each order.
